I've never seen one where the whole dash needs to come out, but it been a while since I owned a Dodge van. Tire pressure, air filter, and tune up are the big issues aside from speed. If it's a fuel injected 318, probably about 14-15 tops, and may go down several mpg if driving in hilly terrain or hard. Yes, you always need to be hooked up to a dump station with a slinky hose, but there's no 'suction' involved, just gravity. sounds like either the valve gate is separated from the handle so that the handle pulls but the gate doesn't move, or the black tank outlet has a blockage. I'm pretty sure this is on a Dodge chassis, but it'd be good to know what year, engine 318 or 360), and transmission (3 spd or 4 spd). While using gas it lights fine but I let it run for a half an hour with no coldness coming from the fridge and the same can be said for the electric. I guess I need to spend more time playing with the controls but Im having a hard time getting it to work. Lastly, does it take a while for your fridge to cool? Im having a hard time with both gas and electric working with the fridge. Have any of you guys experienced this? The trail of water was under the water heater and holding tank. Im wondering if my holding tank was letting off some condensation. While parked I did notice a trail of water at one point but nothing you would expect from gallons of water leaking from a system. Im not sure where its at or if we used more water than expected. I also think my fresh water may have a leak in the system. Im sure I cant just take it to the shop and say it happened once so fix it!? Any advice on this would be great! The tranny was rebuilt not too long ago but it only happened that once and the fluids are fine. My transmission wasnt shifting out of second gear. The main problem was found after driving in the Black Hills. My Xplorer "Duke" ran well with only a few slight problems that Im still working on getting fixed. We left from Indiana and drove to Denver CO and then up to Sturgis for the rally.

Im factoring in age of the vehicle as something that may change that.Īlso, does anyone here know the process of changing the tape player? Does the dash need to be removed? Secondly, what are your guys ballpark MPG's? I have read that they can get around 16 on the highway but I feel as though I didnt quite get that. Do I need to use a hook up to use suction to empty it?
